Throughout the organizing and leading change course, we learned that change can be "bad or good," it's of high imporotance since the companies restructure their whole company accordingly...The point of departure is that change is important but not because it causes the company to restructure but infact it is because change it pushes you to move forward as individuals and as groups. If you fulfill the demanded change and survive then that's the key to success. There are many ways to go about it and some of them are listed in our study guide for the entrepreneurial growth as being proactive and scanning the environment.
Why do organizations become "process oriented", why do we as individuals and as groups become paralysed by decisions, well the number one reason is as said we don't have the "courage to fail" and sometimes we can't or don't even want to acknowledge that.((Furnham, 2003,p.22;Wall, 2005). Which leads us to even more trouble path as that is also many reasons in one of our leadership literature, many leaders and managers have a meltdown or even sucide...
Creativity may just take that sting away, today I just wanted to sharesome of that creativity that has a real power to influence positive things in life.

According to (Zimmer & Scarborough,2005), being creative means that you view a problem as springboards for new ideas, see mistakes as mere “pit stops” on the way to success and realize that there may be more than one “right answer”.
If organizations learn to be courageous and accept to take action and keep the above creative thoughts in mind their strategy with response to change will endure.
