For a potential entrepreneur it was a sight watching; as business theories came to life!
Before attending the event, my fellow students and I thought that Entrepreneurship day would be just like any other regular seminar: dry and the over repetition of the same principles and debate of what makes an entrepreneur etc. However, our opinion soon changed when the Entrepreneurship day’s events unfolded and we got the “shock”. In advertising, for any campaign to be successful it should include the “shock” factor, i.e create unexpected solutions that would retain the attention of the consumer.
On a cold and early morning, my friend and I were warmly welcomed with the smell of fresh coffee and sweet items served at the entrance of the Jibs building. The spring’s dry spell was cast off with a great breakfast and with the diversified companie’s offers.
Companies like Tio, student counseling were helping students to pursue their jobs career, guidance in writing their Cvs and giving out free collateral items for their daily studying purposes e.g paper clips, pens, sweets, notepads and stick ons.
The event really held the student’s attention because within the next half an hours, students were pouring in and participating in all that was offered to them.
