It easy said that done, whoever said that was of great wisdom. The teaching module for the reading protocol was enlightening with respect to the target audience. In a developing country like Pakistan, when a teacher teaches a certain class, full attention is a must for all students. Eating, drinking, yawning and sleeping are prohibited and would result in punishment or the individual would be asked to leave the class.
Sweden’s or Jibs way of treating the staff and student at the same level was invigorating. Being a teacher is not that easy. My perception of how a class should be taught had changed when my team members and I did the teaching module 7; I found that the main difficulty in imparting the knowledge was not the subject itself, but it was in retaining the attention of the students.
The students will provide you with feedbacks and anything else like participation in a workshop but to get them to laugh or share a joke with you while teaching, is a skill valued and needs to be developed as a teacher or as an entrepreneur trying to sell his or her idea to investors and customers.
